THE MIDSECTION, PLANNED AS ONE

Plan the abdomen, waist and back as one connected contour.

FormSculpt 360 plans selected areas of the abdomen, waist and flanks, and back together so your contours connect smoothly from the front, sides and back. Your plan is personalized to your anatomy and goals, with each selected area chosen to support a balanced midsection contour.

Choose the plan that matches your goal

FormSculpt is BodyLuxe’s tumescent local-anesthesia liposuction technique. Awake Liposuction explains the anesthesia experience. FormSculpt 360 focuses on how selected midsection areas are planned together.

Awake Liposuction

Local anesthesia keeps you awake and able to communicate while the treatment area is numbed.

FormSculpt 360

Selected abdomen, waist or flank, and back regions are coordinated to manage transitions around the torso.

What coordinated 360 planning changes

Instead of viewing the abdomen, waist, flanks and selected back areas one by one, Dr. Farrugia looks at how their contours connect from the front, sides and back. The selected areas are agreed with you before surgery, creating a personalized map for your procedure.

See the whole midsection

Planning considers how each treated area blends into neighboring contours so the result is evaluated as a connected whole.

Choose areas with purpose

Each area is selected because it contributes to your contouring goal, and your plan states clearly what will be treated.

Keep the plan realistic

We discuss tissue quality, safety considerations, alternatives and whether more than one session would better fit your needs.

What we will plan together

Your consultation focuses on which areas matter most to you, how they relate to one another and what combination is likely to create the most balanced improvement for your proportions.

The areas that matter most

We start with what you would like to change, then identify the areas and boundaries that belong in a thoughtful plan.

How the contours connect

We show how the proposed areas connect from the front, sides and back and why treating them together may improve those transitions.

What your tissues may allow

Skin elasticity, existing asymmetry, scars, previous contour irregularities and the amount and location of fat all influence what the plan can accomplish.

Whether another plan fits better

Sometimes a smaller targeted plan, more than one session, a skin-focused treatment or skin-removal surgery may be a better fit. We will explain the options and why.

When targeted liposuction or 360 planning makes sense

Targeted-area planning

Targeted liposuction can be a good choice when your concern is localized and nearby contours do not need a broader coordinated plan.

360 configuration planning

FormSculpt 360 looks at selected torso surfaces as a connected contour. It may fit when several neighboring areas contribute to the shape you want to change.

During your examination, Dr. Farrugia will show you which approach best fits your anatomy, priorities and desired degree of change.

Who may benefit from FormSculpt 360

FormSculpt 360 may be worth considering if several connected midsection areas contribute to your concern and you are healthy enough for the proposed treatment. Dr. Farrugia will also consider your skin, anatomy, prior procedures, medications, nicotine exposure and expectations.

You want connected contouring

Your goal is to reshape localized fat and improve how several neighboring contours relate, rather than reduce body weight.

Your skin and anatomy support the plan

Your skin quality, abdominal wall and underlying anatomy help determine whether fat removal alone is likely to create the change you want.

The plan fits your needs

The final plan should feel purposeful and manageable, with each selected area contributing meaningfully to your goal.

What FormSculpt 360 can change and where its limits are

  • FormSculpt 360 is personalized; it is not a fixed list, area count or literal full circle.
  • It contours fat beneath the skin; it is not a weight-loss treatment and does not remove visceral fat.
  • Fat removal does not automatically tighten loose skin, repair abdominal muscles or determine the anesthesia plan.
  • Your individual anatomy and healing affect the result, so no particular waistline, symmetry or final shape can be guaranteed.

If loose skin, muscle separation, skeletal anatomy, visceral fat or existing asymmetry is a major part of your concern, Dr. Farrugia will explain how that affects the recommendation and what other options may help.

From consultation to your procedure

Small access sites allow Dr. Farrugia to reach the planned fat beneath the skin and shape the selected areas. The technique, setting and anesthesia plan are individualized for you.

1. Talk through goals and map transitions

Dr. Farrugia listens to what you want to change and evaluates your torso from the front, sides and back to identify the transitions that matter most.

2. Confirm the selected areas

You review the selected areas, their boundaries, the expected tradeoffs and any alternatives before deciding to proceed.

3. Prepare for surgery and recovery

The team confirms your procedure, preparation, comfort plan, recovery instructions and follow-up arrangements so you know what to expect.

Recovery and support

Recovery can include swelling, bruising, soreness, drainage from small access sites, temporary changes in sensation and compression garments. Treating several connected torso areas can affect positioning, mobility, work, exercise and help at home differently from a smaller targeted treatment.

You receive instructions for garments, activity, work, travel, follow-up and warning signs, along with a clear way to reach the BodyLuxe team if symptoms concern you or worsen.

Risks and how we plan for safety

FormSculpt 360 is liposuction surgery, so a clear risk discussion matters. Recognized risks include bleeding, infection, fluid accumulation, contour irregularity or asymmetry, persistent swelling, changes in sensation, poor wound healing, skin injury, anesthesia-related complications, blood clots and the possible need for additional treatment. Your individual risk depends on your health, anatomy and treatment plan.

Dr. Farrugia will explain the risks most relevant to you, the steps used to reduce them, warning signs and the follow-up plan. This overview supports, but does not replace, that conversation and informed consent.

Use before-and-after photos to start a conversation

Before-and-after photographs can help you point out the contour changes that interest you. Each photo reflects that patient’s anatomy, treatment plan and healing, so it is a conversation tool rather than a prediction of your result.

Questions patients often ask

What is FormSculpt 360?

FormSculpt 360 is liposuction planned across selected, connected midsection areas so the contours are considered together from the front, sides and back.

Is every named torso region included?

No. FormSculpt 360 is personalized. Your plan states exactly which abdomen, waist, flank or back areas are included.

Is it the same as targeted-area liposuction?

Not exactly. Targeted liposuction focuses on one or several localized areas, while 360 planning considers how selected midsection areas connect across several views.

Is it the same as Awake Liposuction?

They describe different parts of the plan. “Awake” refers to the anesthesia experience; “360” refers to connected-area contour planning.

Does it tighten loose skin?

It can improve shape by removing fat, but it does not automatically tighten loose skin. Skin quality may affect the result or make another treatment worth discussing.

How is cost determined?

Cost depends on the selected areas and services in your personalized plan. After consultation, you receive a written quote rather than a price based only on an area count.

How long is recovery?

Recovery depends on the treated areas, your work and activities, and how you heal. Your instructions will cover garments, positioning, work, exercise, travel and help at home.

Is it intended to reduce body weight?

No. FormSculpt 360 is intended to reshape selected fat beneath the skin, not treat obesity or produce a specific change on the scale.
